On 9 September the Moscow Automobile Salon welcomed its last visitors. Since the exhibition opened, a total of more than 1 million people have come to see the international auto industry’s latest products. It has proved to be the biggest motor show in Russian history.
It cannot be said, however, that the show was outstanding in terms of new models. In actual fact, there were more genuine premieres – that is, absolutely new vehicles – in 2010. But the show’s exhibition space in general, the size of the companies’ stands and the girls who were presentating cars were truly impressive.
