Larionov was the first to introduce the concept of Rayonism: the exhibition displayed the Rayonist paintings "Rooster and Hen", "Radiant Mackerel and Sausage", and others. "The Rayonist style of painting depicted spatial forms arising from the intersection of rays reflected by various objects.  Rays were conventionally represented by colored lines on a plane.
