"We share your grief and are mourning together with the families of the dead and injured. I would like to assure you that the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry supports you at this difficult moment and stands ready to offer any essential assistance and support to those injured and killed in these glaring terrorist attacks," Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov said in a letter to French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve.
 
The Emergency Situations Ministry's Centrospas rescue airmobile unit, Lider special risk rescue operations center, and special aircraft, including two airmobile hospitals with the necessary medical equipment, are ready for action in the wake of the attacks, it said.
