Russian Olympic Committee with IOC support to bring work of RUSADA, Russian Athletic Federation in compliance with WADA code for Russians to participate in Olympics-2016
The Russian Olympic Committee with the support of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) intends to bring the work of RUSADA, the Moscow anti-doping laboratory and the Russian Athletic Federation in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) code and all international anti-doping rules.
 
This decision was taken after a meeting between President of the Russian Olympic Committee Alexander Zhukov and IOC President Thomas Bach in order to ensure the participation of doping-free Russian athletes in the 31st Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, the press service of the Russian Olympic Committee said.
