John Reise's Rasputin to debut at Helikon Opera in Moscow

The opera Rasputin by American composer John Reise is staged in Moscow for the first time. The musical piece, featuring the life of a legendary Russian historical figure, was written 20 years ago at the request of the New York City Opera.
