Olga Timoshik, 32, was detained after a monthlong search Wednesday in the Indian state of Punjab, which borders the disputed Kashmir region, Vasily Pronin, head of the consular section of the Russian Embassy in New Delhi, said Friday. It was not clear Sunday what punishment Timoshik faces.
