Three new rotary wheels produced for the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station, which was seriously damaged in August 2009, have been transported from St. Petersburg through the Arctic Ocean upwards the Yenisei river to reach the final destination after covering the route of about 5,900 km (3,666 miles), according to local media.
