Former construction worker and now pensioner Valentina Kirov from the
town of Artyom, Primorye Territory, near the "palace" which she has been
building together with her husband, Aleksei, from 1995 at their estate.
Pieces of ceramic tiles, bricks, wire and fittings serve as building
materials. Fifteen cats and three dogs live in the "palace" with the
