The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has sent to court the criminal case of Dmitry Lyubinin charged with misappropriating 20 million rubles in Yukos oil company funds, spokesperson for the office Marina Gridneva told Interfax on Monday.
The investigation believes that in 2004 Lyubinin"as a member of an organized group misappropriated Yukos funds in the amount of 20 million rubles that had bee entrusted with First Vice President of Yukos-Moscow Mikhail Trushin and acting Yukos property manager Alexei Kurtsyn."
