Russia Beyond The Headlines launches redesigned website

Today, Russia Beyond the Headlines launches its redesigned English-language website. The site features a fresh look that also makes RBTH stories and services more accessible to the reader. Plus, the site now loads three times faster.

Loyal readers may have already noticed that RBTH has increased the amount of daily content put online, and the new design makes this content easier to find and digest.

However, the redesign isn’t just a facelift. Amongst the many new and upgraded features, the search engine has been completely reworked to make locating content much easier. For example, the search box now makes suggestions, allowing readers to find stories about Russian headliners, even if they don’t know the correct English spelling of these names.

Multimedia content now has a bigger footprint on the homepage, which makes it much easier for readers to discover what they should watch, listen to, and read about. Inside the multimedia section, the navigation has become more intuitive and visually appealing.

RBTH has always published opinions by both Russian and foreign experts on the most newsworthy subjects regarding Russia. With the redesign, it is easier to locate these opinions – links are available to related opinions inside every story.

RBTH is also finalizing the redesign of its mobile website, which will be unveiled as soon as Oct. 26.

Check out the new RBTH.ru and discover more information about Russia from beyond the headlines.
