The English translation of Mikhail Gorbachev’s book "Posle Kremlya" ("After the Kremlin") has been released by Polity Press under the title "The New Russia."

The website of the Gorbachev Foundation reported on April 8 that the last Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev's book Posle Kremlya has been published in English by a British publishing house under a new title.

"An English translation of Mikhail Gorbachev's latest book Posle Kremlya ("After the Kremlin") has been published by the UK's Polity Press under the title 'The New Russia'," the statement read.

Gorbachev has authored several books in which he recalls the events of 1991 in the Soviet Union and the reunification of Germany, the most best-known of which are Life and Reforms, ‘How It Was: The Reunification of Germany and Alone with You.
