The cold creeps in, the winter is coming

Sunday: Traditionally, pipes are fixed in Moscow in the summer - but this isn't always the case (and pedestrians are known to get annoyed by such sights in autumn). At the very least, there are no hot water shut-offs in autumn, cold water in the summer being an eternal source of complaint for everyone from locals to expats.
