On March 22 and 23 Mobilefest once again invites mobile app developers to take part in a conference at the Yahroma ski park for a two-day program that will work out both the brain and the body.
The schedule includes both activities for all participants as well as small group sessions in three cottage at the park, which will allow for intimate interaction with some of the leading experts of the mobile tech industry. Mobile industry captains, experts from Google, ABBYY, RIM, Mail.Ru, Yandex and others, will talk before the general assembly about the direction of the mobile app market.
Promotion of mobile apps is the topic of conversation in the first cottage.
The program to be presented in the second cottage will shed light on case studies of made-to-order development practices - from finding a commissioner to completing the project. Additionally, participants will learn how to put together a successful team and orchestrate its work. Discussion topics also include the best systems for project management and how to hire more coders to complete a project when resources are scarce.
The third cottage will be a place for game lovers. Games are the most popular category of mobile applications but how to develop a successful game and turn it into a profitable business is the kind of question that will be covered here. These sessions will be organized by Game Insight, a Mobilefest 2013 general partner and expert.
It has become a tradition at Mobilefest to complement the business program with outdoor recreation, including a range of activities for everyone from downhill skiing to snowboarding to tubing. At the end of the day, event participants are invited to an afterparty to be held in the cottages.
The second day will feature discussions dedicated to Mobile Analytics, Presets and Gamification of Mobile Applications.
In the course of the event, developers of mobile platform apps will be invited to take part in a Hackathon, a great opportunity for young professionals to put their skills to practice and bring to life ideas they have never had a chance to implement. Winners and participants will receive awards from the IMI.VC venture fund, the Hackathon general partner.
