PRESSZVANIE to organize public hearings

On April 19, the Public Chamber of Russia will hold public hearings on “The Role of Journalism in Application of Scientific Research and New Technologies in Business.” The hearings coincide with the finals of the Eight International Business Journalism Competition PRESSZVANIE.

Award winners in eight core categories and five special categories will be announced at the hearings: agribusiness; dairy; global fuel and the energy complex; investment, finance, and banking; innovation business; small business; metropolis; microelectronics; nanotechnologies; special attention; Russia in BRICS; word and deed; colleagues’ respect.

This year, around 10,000 articles from federal and regional media were monitored for PRESSZVANIE. Experts reviewed about 200 articles from more than 50 media, including Vedomosti, Expert, Company, Profile, Novye Izvestia, Argumenty Nedeli, PRIME, ITAR-TASS, Gazeta.ru, Forbes, Kommersant Dengi, Kommersant SEKRET FIRMY, Business magazine, etc.

Shortlisted for the finals are authors from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Ivanovo, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Vladivostok, Tambov, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Vladimir and Krasnodar.
