The conference "Russia: the quality of the constitutional authorities, parliament, and the quality of life”

The Presidential Center of Boris Yeltsin will host a conference to reflect on the historical heritage of Russia's first post-Soviet president of Russia, and to discuss the essence and meaning of his strategic choices. The conference, "Russia: the quality of the constitutional authorities, parliament, and the quality of life," will be held on Dec. 17 at the Yeltsin center in Moscow.

The conference is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Russia and the creation of the Federal Assembly-Parliament of the Russian Federation. The conference will bring together leading political and public figures, historians, sociologists, and entrepreneurs.

Panel sessions and discussion topics at the conference include: "New constitutional Russia: moral and spiritual values"; "The quality of power: the development strategy-consensus practices"; "The strategy of the development of Russian parliament: constitutional values, quality of power, quality of life"; and "Russian constitutionalism in the context of the development of civil society, political and legal culture."

The conference will be held in the Circular Hall at the Presidential Center of Boris Yeltsin in the President Hotel, street B. Yakimanka 24, Moscow.
