RIW 2014 will be three times bigger!

RIW (Russian Interactive Week) is the central event of Russia’s high tech industry.

In 2014, RIW will become the first venue to bring together professionals from three close-knit spheres: telecommunications, media, and internet. The week will feature a high-traffic conference, a media-communication forum, an exhibition, and many extra events, awards, presentations, and promotions.

This year, the event will be held 12-14 November at the Expo Center on Krasnaya Presna (pavilion 1) and will celebrate 7 years since its inception.

In 2014, organizers expanded the project by including industries besides IT in the event (media and telecom). For this reason, they also changed the well-known abbreviation RIW (Russian Internet Week) to Russian Interactive Week.

RIW is the main conference-exhibition event of the year for Russia’s high-tech sector. It is a place for participants to meet, communicate, share experiences, and demonstrate Russia’s biggest achievements in high-tech and innovation (internet, telecom, and media). RIW serves the additional purpose of allowing industry members to engage in a dialog with state actors and providing opportunities to budding projects, entrepreneurs, and teams to participate in the unique format.

Over one hundred fifty standholders will take part in the exhibition, which will run simultaneously with the conference suites in eight conference halls, across three days. The organizational committee estimates that at RIW 2014 there will be over six hundred presenters, four thousand professional participants, and more than twenty thousand forum and exhibition participants over the course of three days.

The conference program will feature all the most important factors in the development of the internet, media, and telecom industries: business, technology, regulation, state initiatives, trends, and prospects.

A series of the main topics of various conference suites:

• Advertising

• Analysis and trends in the development of the media-communication industry
