CREATE. INSPIRE. TREND. at an open-air festival of entrepreneurship Startup Village 2015.
Registration for the project contest to be held within the 3rd annual Startup Village 2015 conference that will take place at the Skolkovo Innovation Center on June 2 and 3 will end soon. April 30 is the last day applications will be accepted.
This year the event’s prize fund has more than tripled. Startups finishing first, second and third will receive RUB 3 million, 2 million and 1 million, respectively. In addition, every project that makes it to the finals will receive RUB 300,000.
In addition, in response to the large number of startups wishing to participate in the contest, the number of tracks in the contest has been expanded: now there are six tracks vs. four last year.
Traditionally, the main Startup Village program includes lectures, workshops and discussions hosted by leading Russian and international innovation entrepreneurs. This year the conference will be attended by such outstanding representatives of industry as Andrew Romans, General Partner at Rubicon Venture Capital, Susanne Burkeholder, Director, Office of Development, Houston Technology Center, Jeffrey Manber, a pioneer in aerospace entrepreneurship, and many others.
