Moscow – Tinkoff Credit Systems (TCS Bank) dominated the annual banki.ru Bank of the Year awards, scooping both the flagship award of Bank of the Year and also being named Internet Bank of the Year. Back-office chief Artem Ishonin won the Client Facing category based on readers’ votes for the best telephone hotline.

The sixth annual Bank of the Year awards organised by leading financial sector website banki.ru were held last night at the Lotte Hotel Moscow.
