Anthony Stidham, 48, has come all the way from his ranch in Oklahoma to the southern Russian city of Bryansk to participate in an ambitious $1-billion agricultural investment program on the domestic beef market in Russia. By 2014, the project will see more than 250,000 head of Angus cattle roaming the open pastures and relieve Russia of its dependence on importing beef products.
