Amy Williams, Olympic gold medalist 2010 in skeleton, about Team GB getting ready for Sochi 2014. Amy was invited by The Daily Telegraph's Sports Editor Keith Perry to talk to RBTH's readers and editors.

Amy Williams
- is an English former skeleton racer and Olympic gold medallist. In Vancouver she won a gold medal, becoming the first British individual gold medallist at a Winter Olympics for 30 years and the only British gold medallist of those specific Olympics. On 1 May 2012, Williams announced her retirement from skeleton and admitted that her injuries were behind her quitting the sport.
