Troy Harley(Roman Arkhipov) - "End of Summer" (MUSIC VIDEO)

A stranger on American shores, Troy Harley (Roman Arkhipov) is a bona fide rock star in Russia. Grown up on the music of Aerosmith, AC/DC, Deep Purple and Def Leppard, Troy became one of the most popular touring and recording artists in Eastern Europe and earned three Golden Gramophone awards just in a few years.

Сonquering western music scene has been a dream of Troy’s, so last year he moved from Moscow to LA to start from zero in America. Supported by Grammy Award winning Producer Randy Jackson, who has worked with such artists as Santana, Jerry Garcia, Journey, Tracy Chapman and Keith Richards, Troy began working in the studio where classic recordings by his heroes like John Lennon, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Metallica and Bon Jovi were made.

Troy’s American debut, “End of Summer” has dropped worldwide on July 3, 2012 promising the full album to come in the early 2013 on Randy’s indie label Friendship Collective. Troy headed out for the 2012 Vans Warped Tour. Despite being stuck in a bus for the grueling 28 city trek across the U.S., Troy is excited. It is a chance to make his American dream come true.

Lyrics:

Here we are

At the end

Another summer has come and gone again

Here I go working on my best goodbye

Trying to remember I've got her for one more night

The ride's almost over, it's getting colder

I take one last look before I say goodbye

Before I tell her goodbye

[Chorus:]

It's the end of the summer

It's the end of what we had

I think about her every time I look back

It's the end of the promises

But I still see her in the sun

It's over now, what we had is gone

It's the end of the summer.

Here I am

The months have gone on by

I think of us lying there, I still want her by my side

Can almost see her face

I just want those days back

Days in the sun

Far from the cold, we never needed anyone.

I'd trade these Novembers just to remember

The smell of the ocean lingered in her hair

But can you take me back there?

[Chorus:]

It's the end of the summer

It's the end of what we had

I think about her every time I look back

It's the end of the promises

But I still see her in the sun

It's over now, what we had is gone

It's the end of the summer.

It's the end of the summer

It's the end of the summer

Here we are

Goodbye to the sunlight

I'll hold on to those nights

And I'll always remember us there

Before I tell her goodbye
