One-man picket in Moscow

A Yabloko Party activist participating in the one-man protest against the anti-Magnitsky bill near the Federation Council. The posters reads "Do not deprive orphans of a chance because of villains."  Today the Federation Council has approved a law prohibiting the adoption of Russian children by Americans. All 143 Federation Council members voted for the law. Source: Kommersant
