People lay flowers and light candles in central St. Petersburg in memory of the victims of the FlyDubai Boeing 737-800 which crashed during landing at the Rostov-on-Don airport, St.Petersburg, Russia, 19 March 2016. The Boeing-737-800 of the United Arab Emirates' FlyDubai low cost airliner crashed on landing during the second approach. All sixty two people on board died. The provisional reason of the air crash has been stated as bad weather conditions.
