The totals of the Russia 10 multimedia project, a country-wide vote to select 10 symbols of the country, have been announced. The Russia 1 TV channel and the Russian Geographical Society led the event which took place from March 25 to October 13, 2013. The project’s goal was aimed at advancing Russia’s image as an exceptional country with a rich cultural heritage and natural abundance.
