INS Vikramaditya operating with India’s Western Naval Command

The Vikramaditya is due to arrive in Mumbai, the headquarters of the Western Naval Command in February, with a grand welcome being planned. The ceremony is expected to be attended by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and guests from Russia.
