For natives of the Urals, Uralmash is not just one of Russia’s largest industrial enterprises. It represents an entire epoch in the history of the region, a legend, which, incidentally, has an exact birthday: July 15, 1933.

Uralmashzavod (UZTM or Uralmash) is a heavy machinery plant in the city of Yekaterinburg, and one of the largest in Russia. The plant currently manufactures equipment for the mining sector and the metallurgy, cement, and petroleum industries.
