Konstantin Nosilov (1858 — 1923) was a Russian Arctic researcher, ethnographer, writer, and journalist.

Nosilov took lots of pictures during his trips to the Urals, South Siberia and Turkestan, and taiga and tundra areas. In addition to ethnographic observations, the creator of these pictures left a large number of photographs of nature, estates, and their inhabitants.
