Upgraded submarine Kaluga turned over to the Navy

The Kilo-class diesel electric submarine Kaluga has been upgraded at the Zvezdochka shipyard and returned to the Navy. On Wednesday the submarine will leave the plant and rejoin the Northern Fleet.
