Bashkir craft factory Agidelia turns 50 this year. It was first organized in 1963 in Ufa as workers’ co-op but then new workshops were added: embroidery, lacquer and artistic miniature painting, and carpet weaving.

Furniture production these days works at full capacity. We produce painting on wood, mostly souvenir production, like spoons, dishes, ladles, vases, jewelry boxes, panels where we display landscapes and landmarks from the Republic of Bashkortostan. We also have loom weaving in which we maintain Bashkir traditions, though we can make any drawings by order.
