Vladimir Gorbunov - entrepreneur that has made Russian business believe in local outsourcing, and turned freelance workers into a never-ending source ofwork-from-home employees.
Crooked mirrors, swings, comfy sofas, an enchanting fluffy cat and chinchillas in a cage make the office of Russian start-up Workle seem like a friend's apartment. But don't mind the atmosphere – this is a place of blood, sweat and tears. Granted, nobody looks especially upset. Workle’s founder, Vladimir Gorbunov, is a man quite literally possessed by his project and he has passed on his passion for his work to his employees.
“I only work on those projects that do not yet exist, but should. I’m not interested in other kinds of projects,” Gorbunov explains. It is this kind of tunnel vision that has helped Gorbunov's company grow from an idea into a business currently worth more than $30 million.
