A look at who’s building high-speed railroads in Russia

Alexander Misharin, Skorostniye Magistrali, JSC: "The Ukrainian crisis isn't the scariest period in the Russian Federation’s history. The German business community doesn't support sanctions and is staying on with high-speed rail projects. We also have plans to attract investors from Korea and Japan."
