Russian Prime Minister describes 2014 as turning point

Today's main event is the plenary session with the participation of Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev.

The entrance to the conference hall is limited, therefore most journalists are following his speech on TV monitors. The discussion's main issue is Russia's future relationship with the rest of the world. The Prime Minister began by announcing that the year 2014 is a turning point. He said that, "it will go down in history books as a point of reference of a new age."

We asked participants in the forum to share their impressions of the prime minister's speech.
