Russia's Airborne Troops: Drills in the Pskov Region

Around 1000 paratroopers jumped out of Il-76 aircraft.

More than 2,500 servicemen from the Russian Airborne Troops and about 300 units of military equipment took part in drills in the Russian north-western Pskov Region in February.

Around 1,000 paratroopers jumped out of Il-76 aircraft and 20 combat vehicles were dropped by parachute out of the planes. After landing, they began a 90-kilometer march to a shooting range.
