Last weekend Moscow welcomed the one-week Circle of Light Festival. It is the 4th such annual international festival and contest to attract light and graphic designers from across the globe. This year 7 urban spaces were given a light makeover, so to speak, including the Soviet-era park VDNKh, the Ministry of Defense building and the Bolshoi Theater.
