Cooliris launches photo sharing services with Russian IT giant Yandex

Cooliris, a photo browsing app from a Palo Alto based startup, launched integration with Yandex.Fotki, a photo hosting service of one of NASDAQ-listed Russian company Yandex, today.

Cooliris permits a user to browse photos from various sources (mobile libraries, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) via its easy-to-use Cooliris 3D wall.

The new version of Cooliris with Yandex.Fotki is already available for ipad and iphone in Russian and other iTunes AppStores.

"Cooliris will add Yandex.Fotki to their app. We will be their exclusive partner in Russia. Users can view pictures from Yandex.Fotki via Cooliris, share them on Facebook or with friends" - confirmed Yandex representative Tatiana Komarova.
