Putin backs bill on reducing accumulative part of pensions, says it should take effect in 2014
"We should guarantee that this money will not disappear and will not be ransacked," he said at a government session on Thursday.
"I would not like to speak about the presumption of innocence in business, and I will not do so. But, nevertheless, we have already encountered sad instances such as citizens deceived by real estate developers," the president said.
"It will be both unacceptable and downright criminal to apply it once again in relation to the pension system," he said.
