Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has called on the government and Russian business circles to stop drafting economic development programs and start implementing them.
"As of late I have been performing a lot - there are program documents that have been approved by the president, it's time for all of us to start working. There are already enough programs, enough statements. We need to work," Medvedev said at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.
"We have every opportunity for this. Our general situation in the economy is better than in many other countries, and we need to make use of this advantage," he said.
Medvedev added that "the main problem and the main source of development is within us."
