"A total of 511 farmsteads and 75 residential buildings with a population of 951 people remain flooded in the village of Parizh. The situation aggravated in the city of Kartaly on August 8. A total of 276 buildings, where 948 people live, are flooded there. A total of 237 people, including 71 children, have been evacuated. A total of 394 people, 79 units of equipment, and ten boats are being used for helping people in the flooded area. It has now stopped raining in Kartaly.

The situation in the Verkhneuralsky district may aggravate due to the heavy rains in the neighboring Bashkortostan, Gridnev said.
