Such big cities as Moscow need people capable of working, not politicians as their leaders, President Vladimir Putin believes.
"Such big cities need not so much politicians as politically neutral, business-like, concrete people capable of working as their leaders," he said after casting his ballot in the Moscow mayoral election on Sunday.
Putin added that it is vital to like people and show a kind attitude to them in this work.
He said he believed in the victory of the candidate for whom he voted but did not disclose the name of the candidate.
