The ministers expressed their readiness to promote equal dialogue between the Kiev administration and representatives of the southeastern regions of Ukraine to reach agreements on the practical steps in accordance with the Geneva statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"The Russian minister reconfirmed that the chances for such dialogue still exist on condition of the cancellation of the criminal order to use the army against the people and curbing national radicals," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
