The next launch of a Proton-M heavy launch vehicle is planned for the end of September, following the crash of such a vehicle in May, a source at the Baikonur space center told Interfax on Wednesday.
"A Proton-M launch vehicle coupled with a Briz-M upper stage should place a Luch spacecraft into orbit. The launch has been scheduled preliminarily for September 28," the source said.
