Oleg Storchevoi, a deputy chief of the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation) appointed as a Russian representative to take part in an investigation into the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777's crash in Ukraine, has arrived in Kiev along with a group of advisers, Rosaviation reported on Thursday.
"Russian specialists intend to meet with head of the investigation commission Gijsbert Vogelaar and provide the investigation commission with all materials that the commission head earlier asked from the Russian side," it said.
"The Russian mission will try to reach the Boeing 777's crash site today and, along with the specialists from the international investigation commission, to analyze the condition of the aircraft's elements on the spot," Rosaviation said.
