"We have the opportunity to conduct import substitution quickly enough, in one to three years, we are ready for this," he said.

Aleshin also said that in Russia there is all the necessary groundwork for producing high technology. "[Technology] is created, is being used, but it is being used primarily in the military-industrial complex for the creation of weapons, defense technology and for the creation of guidance systems. But they can be used in full in civilian industry, the Rostekhnadzor head said.
