Russia will act the same way as the United States when it comes to denouncing international agreements and will withdraw from such agreements, if need be, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Putin said that the U.S. "thinks it was motivated by national-security considerations." "And we will do exactly the same when we shall deem it beneficial and necessary to protect our interests," the Russian president said.
