Chief of Ukraine's State Fiscal Service Anatoliy Makarenko said 16 Russian trucks carrying humanitarian aid for Donbass have arrived at the Ukrainian state border.
"I'll brief you on the humanitarian cargo. Sixteen white KAMAZ trucks, one tank car and one Gazel motor vehicle have arrived at the border. They remain outside the checkpoint. There are no representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross to be seen. Talks are underway. Everything is OK," he wrote on Facebook on Sunday.
Makarenko said more details would be released later on Sunday.
