The Russian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that all vehicles making up a humanitarian convoy for eastern Ukraine have returned to Russia.
"The Russian humanitarian convoy has left the Ukrainian territory and is on Russian territory," Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told Interfax.
Zakharova said she was surprised that the U.S. does not possess this information, "in the presence of such an arsenal of tracking devices."
"We hope that the U.S. would be just as determined in speaking not only regarding the delivery of humanitarian aid but also in favor of an immediate ceasefire by both conflicting parties in Ukraine," she said.
