Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has called on Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan to support his peace plan for settling the situation in Donbas.
"I am convinced that this plan remains relevant and the only possible instrument to stop bloodshed and ensure Donbas's post-conflict reconstruction. Therefore, I am calling on all participants in today's meeting to consider and accept this plan as much as possible as a foundation for resolving the situation in Donbas," Poroshenko said at a Ukraine-EU-Eurasian Troika (Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia) top-level meeting in Minsk on Tuesday.
