Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that Kyiv is interested in continuing the economic dialogue in the Ukraine-European Union- Eurasian Troika format.
"We are ready to further continue the dialogue started with the attendees," the president said at a high-level Ukraine-EU-Eurasian Troika meeting in Minsk on Tuesday.
He also recalled that similar agreements with the EU were signed by Moldova and Georgia, so it is worth studying the possibility of holding similar consultations with these countries.
"Considering the fact that same EU association agreements were signed by Moldova and Georgia, I think such consultation mechanisms with unconditional participation of Belarus and Kazakhstan are a possible format," Poroshenko said.
He also said that while Kiev is ready to maintain an economic dialogue, this should be purely pragmatic, "without the use of political pressure."
