Turkey was the only country to which Russia's Gazprom increased gas supplies on Tuesday, gas industry data indicate.

Overall exports grew 6.8 million cu m to 366.6 mcm. Transit via Slovakia rose 1 mcm or as much as transportation via the Yamal-Europe pipeline fell.

But Ukrainian gas transport company Ukrtransgaz said deliveries via the Orlovka gas metering station went up 4 mcm. Western Turkey is the main recipient of gas that is piped along that route.

Ukraine started to receive significant volumes of gas in reverse mode from Slovakia at the beginning of September, in addition to reverse supplies from Poland and Hungary. Poland said on Wednesday that Gazprom had not met its higher request for gas. On the same day, Poland did not have enough gas for re-export to Ukraine.

An industry source told Interfax that the task of stabilizing export flows at the level of minimal contractual obligations was being carried out since last week.
