Russian humanitarian convoy returns to Rostov region from Donbass

The Russian automobile humanitarian convoy that has delivered aid to residents of Luhansk and Donetsk, Ukraine, have crossed the Ukrainian-Russian border and entered the Rostov region of Russia, an Interfax correspondent reported from the scene.

Russian customs officers and border guards are inspecting the vehicles in the presence of their Ukrainian counterparts at the Izvaryne-Donetsk checkpoint. Two members of the OSCE mission are also monitoring the process.
